Important Information

**MCEE Cancellation Policy: MCEE and our sponsors invest significant resources for teachers to attend workshops at no cost. Sponsors are making an investment in you, and it is important that they receive a positive return on their investment. This occurs when you attend the workshop and implement what you learned in your classroom. Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop and "no-shows" will be charged a $25 fee. Cancellations can be made by calling 601-974-1325 or by emailing mscee@millsaps.edu. No exceptions will be made.

**Workshop Stipend Policy: Gift cards or stipend payments will only be provided to Mississippi teachers who meet the criteria specified in the registration information. It is the responsibility of the recipient to review this information to ensure they qualify. Gift cards or stipend payments will be issued within 30 days of the training to the email address used for registration and must be accepted within 90 days of issuance. If not accepted within this period, the payment will be retracted with no obligation to reissue the payment.

**CEU Credits: MCEE, because of the generosity of our sponsors, is able to provide CEU’s at no cost for the professional development workshops we offer. We will notify you via email within 30 days after the program or workshop you attended to log into your MCEE Account and view or download your CEU certificates, provided you completed the evaluation and request for CEUs as instructed. It is your responsibility to maintain these copies for renewing your license. There will be a $20 per certificate charge for replacement CEU certificates. You may submit your request for replacement CEU’s here: http://bit.ly/DuplicateCEU

**Non classroom teachers: (i.e. – retired teachers or others looking only to maintain their license by earning CEU credits) wishing to register to attend MCEE programming will be assessed a registration and materials fee between $55-$100 depending on the workshop being offered. Interested parties should contact the MCEE office by calling 601-974-1325 or emailing mscee@millsaps.edu prior to registering.

**Texting Service: When registering for workshop we request your mobile number to add you to our texting service. By joining our text service you can expect to receive messages about your workshop registration. We will never sell your mobile number or data. You can opt-out anytime by texting the word “STOP” or “QUIT”. Text “HELP” for help. Message & data rates may apply.
